We are updating you on the above following on from the Prime Minister‘s announcement on Monday evening.
As you will be aware all wedding venues are temporarily closed for at least three weeks, after this time the Prime Minister will provide updates as and when it is possible.
As I’m sure you will understand, although all of our bride and grooms are of equal priority and importance too us, it is important that we deal with the bride and grooms that were due to hold their weddings imminently up until the end of May.
Our philosophy is that every wedding is hugely important and extremely special, however, given the extraordinary circumstances we hope you understand that we have to deal with bride and grooms in a way that is manageable. With this in mind, please respect that our reduced team is working around the clock to field your enquires and they have to prioritise in order of immediacy. Anyone who’s date is after the 30th May we will contact you as soon as possible and update you on any matters arising, until that time it is very much “business as usual “.
Please see the latest link to the Cheshire East Registrar news blog (http://yourceremony.org.uk/category/news/), they are adopting the same policy and are stating that they are at this time unable to deal with bride and grooms hosting weddings from June 2020 onwards. We understand this is not ideal, but in these exceptional times we ask for your patience and consideration.
Please keep safe,
The Management Team at Larkspur Lodge
